| About | Chris Freville has been involved in the holistic community since 2002. He's worked with natural foods, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles in many capacities since 2002. In 2007 he created a discount holistic health network, Holistic Health Solutions, in order to find ways to make acupuncture and other alternative modalities more affordable and bring the advantages of holistic medicine to everyone. He was president of the AAAOM Student Organization at SWAC, the association the represents acupuncture nationally, and regional director for the Colorado region from 2008-2009. In 2008 he interned with Charles Chace, a 25 year veteran of Chinese medicine. He's earned his Master of Science in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College, one of the top schools in the nation, in September 2009. He is also a graduate of HeiLongJiang TCM College after a 3 week program specializing in post-stroke treatment with acupuncture. After completing a two year program at the Body Energy Center in Boulder he is a certified Qi Gong Healer specializing in medical qi gong.
He has taken additional training in Amma massage therapy, sports acupuncture, injection therapy at trigger points and for scar removal, and traditional 5 element Worsley techniques. He has worked with patients with conditions ranging from HIV and cancer to cramps and bruises. |
